Job summary

Teceze is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer in the Philippines to design and implement scalable AI-powered enterprise solutions using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.

You will develop advanced ServiceNow modules, configure rigorous security and governance, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-impact automation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM or Service Catalog areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
• Hands-on CMDB and CSDM experience.
• Experience with Now Assist / GenAI / AI Agents / Agentic Workflows.
• Exposure to AI Search & Predictive Intelligence.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM or Service Catalog – at least two modules.
• Strong enterprise integrations and workflow automation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Scoped Applications, ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets and CI/CD.
