Job summary

ECI is seeking an enthusiastic, personable Service Desk Engineer to provide end-user desktop support for Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 across multiple locations. You will handle Level 1–2 tickets in a fast-paced environment while delivering world-class client support and collaborating with the IT team.

This onsite role sits in the BGC, Taguig office, with rotating shifts covering UK/EMEA hours. Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and familiarity with MSP-style support and security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Exchange environments.
• Experience with Azure, Intune and basic PowerShell is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 end-user desktop support across multiple locations.
• Respond to Level 1 and 2 tickets and assist with Tier 3 in collaboration with senior staff.
• Triage incidents, perform light server troubleshooting, and manage software upgrades.
• Support Active Directory tasks and basic security/patching activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty service and work with IT teams to meet SLAs.
