Job summary

NCC Group Philippines seeks a Service Delivery Manager to maximize client loyalty and drive cyber security initiatives across key accounts. The role focuses on strategic relationships, cross-sell opportunities, and mentoring senior SDMs within a dynamic NCC team.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, fluency in Japanese and English, and 5–10 years of relevant experience. Based in Taguig with 2 days onsite weekly, it offers comprehensive benefits and growth potential.
