Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Manila, with 1–3 years of PM experience, to support cybersecurity consulting engagements. The role involves coordinating project activities, communicating with clients and consultants, and delivering projects on time and to high standards.

Based in Taguig City, 2 days onsite weekly, you will work with consultants and internal teams to ensure successful engagements and contribute to process improvements while developing in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PM/coordination experience with client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity engagements, including planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholders to meet scope and timelines.
• Provide regular project updates; escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (charters, status, RAID, closure artefacts).
• Support project financial administration, milestone tracking, and closure activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to improvements.
• Develop understanding of NCC Group’s cybersecurity services and client engagement practices.
