Job summary

NCC Group in Manila (Taguig) is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support cybersecurity engagements. You will coordinate projects from initiation to completion, working closely with consultants and clients to ensure delivery against scope and timelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk tracking, documentation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in client-facing roles and cybersecurity projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact across project lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of straightforward cybersecurity engagements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation including charters, status reports, RAID logs, closures.
• Support financial administration, milestones, and closure activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to improvements.
• Develop understanding of NCC Group's cybersecurity services and methods.
