Job summary

You will manage key client relationships, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams; fluency in Japanese and English is essential.

As a senior SDM, you will coach junior and medior colleagues, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English required.
• 5–10 years of work experience in service delivery or similar roles.
• Strong conflict management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Thorough understanding of cybersecurity services or related field.
