Job summary

Teams Squared is a team augmentation company seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a premium travel and rewards advisory serving Australian business owners. This remote role focuses on opening conversations, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for senior closers across outbound and inbound channels.

The ideal candidate has a proven record in premium memberships or services, excellent English, and the ability to work Australian hours.

Qualifications

Proven record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets (mandatory).
Experience selling high-ticket or premium offers (mandatory).
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Experience selling to Australian business owners or SMEs is desirable.
CRM experience and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp and Zoom.

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads from quizzes, calculators, webinars, events and bookings.
Run outbound prospecting to Australian business owners via phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Hold confident, consultative first conversations to uncover goals and buying intent.
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for senior sales consultants.
Present premium membership and programme offers and handle objections.
Build multi-touch follow-up sequences to re-engage leads.
Follow up with event attendees to convert interest into calls.
Keep the CRM accurate with notes, stages, activity and next steps.
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets for conversations, meetings and pipeline.
Report on activity and conversion metrics and suggest script improvements.
Provide feedback to sales/marketing on lead quality and messaging.
Deliver a polished, premium experience reflecting a high-end brand.
