Job summary

GECO Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution solutions in a global environment. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, issue resolution, and driving continuous improvements with business users.

You will provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and LE, gather requirements, run workshops, and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, testing, and deployments. Strong OTC knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
• Strong OTC, Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing knowledge.
• Experience in SAP SD application support and incident management.
• Familiarity with SAP LE and integration with SAP MM and FI.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and Logistics Execution processes.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD enhancements and change requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support UAT, deployments, and ongoing application maintenance.
