Job summary

GECO Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to provide L2/L3 support, analyze requirements, and deliver enhancements for SAP SD/LE and LE environments.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams in a hybrid Alabang setting (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home) to ensure timely incident resolution and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP SD experience with LE exposure.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and integrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and collaborating with tech teams.
• Knowledge of common SAP transaction codes and troubleshooting methods.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid work capability: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD/LE applications, incl. incident resolution.

Location: Alabang (Hybrid Setup)

GECO Philippines is looking for an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support, business process analysis, and enhancement delivery for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) environments.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and LE applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.

• Monitor and manage application issues, coordinate with local support teams, and provide timely resolution to end users.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system enhancements.

• Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

• Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities based on business needs.

• Perform testing, documentation, and support deployment of enhancements and fixes.

• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and propose workable solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and participate in troubleshooting activities, including ABAP debugging when necessary.

• Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective issue management and solution delivery.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of SAP SD experience, with exposure to Logistics Execution (LE).

• Experience supporting SAP ECC environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and integrations.

• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, configuration, testing, and user support.

• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and ability to work effectively with technical teams.

• Knowledge of common SAP transaction codes and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home).

Nice to Have

• SAP MM knowledge or cross-functional experience.
