Job summary

Strata Results Group in Makati, Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Payroll, and SAP Hotel Management.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture discussions, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and provide technical leadership across integrations, data migration, and security to deliver scalable, reliable SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience including architecture and design.
• SAP S/4HANA with integrations to SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Hotel Management.
• Experience with SAP cloud and on-premise environments.
• Hands‑on in system integration, data migration, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP solutions across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Hotel Management.
• Lead SAP architecture discussions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to define requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on SAP best practices, integrations, and optimisations.
• Oversee architecture for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work with developers and consultants to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide expert guidance on performance tuning and troubleshooting.
