Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Makati, Philippines, seeks an Associate Director Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations for SD and Finance, ensuring seamless integration across business processes and driving strategy, roadmap, and architecture alignment with transformation goals.

Responsibilities include guiding adoption of RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate, coordinating with CXOs, and ensuring governance and delivery excellence across global programs.

Qualifications

• At least 13 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years of full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving SD and Finance.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP SD: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management.
• SAP FICO expertise: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling.
• Strong cross-module integration knowledge (e.g., revenue recognition, tax, postings).
• Experience with SAP innovations: Universal Journal, Advanced ATP, Settlement Management, Group Reporting.
• Proficient in SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and agile/hybrid delivery approaches.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Fiori applications.
• Proven leadership in complex stakeholder environments and global delivery models.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (e.g., B.Tech, MBA, CA).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions for SD and Finance, ensuring seamless integration across business processes.
• Define solution strategy, roadmap, and architecture for Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
• Design integrated processes covering sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, financial postings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with CXOs and business leaders to align SAP capabilities with transformation goals.
• Guide adoption of RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate methodology across programs.
• Oversee key integration points including pricing, tax, credit management, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and high-level design sessions.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, compliance standards, and internal governance.
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to practice growth and knowledge development.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, scoping, and proposal development.
