Job summary

PwC in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced SAP ABAP consultant to design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions and customize SAP applications. You will support migrations to S/4HANA, optimize ABAP performance, and develop CDS views and AMDPs to leverage HANA capabilities.

The role involves integrating S/4HANA with external systems, maintaining interfaces, and resolving technical issues across ABAP and S/4HANA configurations. Strong debugging, testing, and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize standard SAP applications to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Assist in migrating existing SAP systems to S/4HANA.
• Analyze and optimize ABAP code for HANA performance.
• Develop CDS views and AMDPs to leverage HANA's capabilities.
• Integrate S/4HANA with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between S/4HANA and external systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in ABAP programs and S/4HANA configurations.
• Troubleshoot system errors and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure the quality of ABAP developments.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
