DXC Technology in Manila is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and AMS engagements.

You will define target architectures, manage integrations across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, mentor teams, and guide senior stakeholders through complex transformation roadmaps.

This hybrid role in Taguig offers a collaborative, high-impact environment with opportunities to shape enterprise SAP solutions for global clients.

Formación

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture and transformations.
• Experience across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HR/HCM.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and API-led architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA transformation and AMS opportunities.
• Define target architecture, application landscape, integrations, and technology roadmap.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practice processes.
• Design scalable and secure solutions across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and enterprise architecture principles.
• Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
• Present solution approaches, architecture roadmaps, and transformation strategies to customer leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor for SAP modernization initiatives.
• Lead architecture streams for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and other transitions.
• Establish transition and migration strategies.
• Support RFP/RFQ and proposal responses.
• Develop effort estimates and delivery models.
• Work with commercial teams on sizing, pricing, and resources.
• Contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
• Lead architecture governance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide architecture oversight throughout project lifecycle.
• Mentor functional consultants, technical architects, and solution leads.
• Guide cross-functional teams across SAP modules.
• Promote innovation and adoption of SAP capabilities.
