Job summary

Merck Group in Manila is seeking an SME for Management Accounting to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive the ERP project portfolio. The role involves hands-on project work with Finance Managers and Team Leads, establishing a center of excellence, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead problem solving, develop management presentations, and help shape end-to-end accounting processes across the Manila Hub. Lean Six Sigma support is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least Management Accounting Specialist role for more than 2 years.
• Experience with ERP rollout and testing is important.
• Ability to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement project portfolio with hands-on project work.
• Establish center of excellence for Management Accounting.
• Prepare decks for management presentations and director-level meetings.
• Lead ERP testing and coordinate with local ERP users.
• Drive problem solving and implement resolutions across Manila Hub.
