Qualifications

• More than four years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Experience in production support and live SAP EWM environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for SAP EWM.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Fulfil service requests and perform problem-management activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring application issues.
• Implement minor SAP EWM enhancements and configuration changes.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and health checks.
• Translate warehouse requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Prepare functional specs, test plans, user guides, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with business users, ABAP developers, and other teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; suggest mitigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve application reliability and warehouse processes.
