Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, SCM or related field.
• Min 4 years in SAP EWM support/configuration/implementation.
• Strong SAP EWM knowledge: inbound/outbound, yard, inventory.
• Experience in SAP application support and ticket workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP EWM application support: incidents, service requests, problem management.
• Handle minor enhancements for SAP EWM.
• Perform system maintenance and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: design specs, test plans, manuals, SOPs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
