Job summary

PLDT is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP and related IT projects in a complex enterprise environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives, budgets, and schedules. Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies and project management best practices is required, with significant experience in large-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related course.
• Experience in managing large, complex, high-visibility enterprise-level projects.
• Experience as Project Manager in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee delivery of SAP and non-SAP projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee full lifecycle from planning to go-live, ensuring SAP integration.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and SAP workstreams with timelines by module.
• Lead project execution across phases: requirements, blueprinting, development, testing, migration and go-live.
• Monitor KPIs, deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure SAP projects follow SAP best practices and lifecycle management.
