Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Taguig seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics. You will oversee project delivery, drive PMO governance, and mentor project managers to strengthen organizational project management capabilities.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/IS/Engineering).
• 7+ years of PM experience including ERP implementations.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues and change control.
• Drive PMO standards, governance and continuous improvement.
• Provide portfolio updates to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers.
