Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Strategic Project – Supervisor/Associate Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs in the Manila area.

The role covers SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, and enterprise projects, with a hybrid setup (mostly onsite now, moving to full onsite). You will oversee planning, governance, risk and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have vast experience delivering end-to-end IT projects.
• Strong experience in SAP implementations, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, ERP software, and Data Management Solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in rollout implementations and project deployments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, project management processes, and project tools.
• Able to manage projects from planning and implementation through completion, with timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience handling large-scale or enterprise-level technology projects are highly preferred.

IT Strategic Project – Supervisor / Associate Manager

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱100,000
Location: Novaliches or Ortigas
Work Setup: Hybrid (majority onsite for now; will eventually become full onsite)
Schedule: Compressed Workweek – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Headcount: 1
Replacement for: Adrian Vidallon Pegenia

Qualifications:
