msg global solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP Basis specialist to optimize SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA across on‑premise, Rise and cloud environments. You will ensure high availability, performance, security, and smooth integration with SAP BTP.

Bring 8+ years of SAP Basis, strong migration and lifecycle management skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to working with global teams in a dynamic, multi‑cultural setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP Basis experience with strong S/4HANA and HANA expertise.
• Experience in system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Strong SAP HANA knowledge (performance tuning, backup/recovery).
• Hands-on experience in SAP RISE and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Connector, integration, user management).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security (SSO, roles, certificates, SNC).
• Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and network integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform system upgrades, SAP conversion and migrations to private and hybrid environments.

What you will do

Role Overview

Responsible for administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA platforms across On-premise, RISE,Hyperscaler(AWS/Azure etc), and hybrid/public cloud environments.

Ensures high-availability, performance, and security while supporting SAP BTP integration and enterprise SAP operations.
