Job summary

msg global solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Basis professional to optimize SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments across on-premise, RISE, and cloud platforms. The role involves upgrades, migrations, security, and integrations, with growth opportunities in a global setting.

You will work under senior guidance to ensure system availability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience with exposure to S/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, migrations, or lifecycle activities.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA (backup/recovery, monitoring, basic tuning).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or SAP RISE.
• Basic experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Connector, user management, connectivity).
• Understanding of SAP security concepts (SSO, roles, certificates, SNC).
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with system integrations and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Document activities, procedures, and configurations.

What you will do

Role Overview

Provides support for the administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA platforms across on-premise, RISE, hyperscaler (AWS/Azure etc) and hybrid environments.

Works under senior guidance to help ensure system availability, performance, and security, while supporting integrations with SAP BTP and related cloud services.

• Assist in system upgrades, conversions, and migrations to cloud or hybrid platforms

What we are looking for
