Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join a remote, independent contractor engagement for AU-based client work. You will shape a new core Salesforce platform, enhance functionality, and perform debugging, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Salesforce roles, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with Flow, Apex, and LWC. Familiarity with Jira and the wider tech stack is valued; Salesforce PD2 certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

5+ years Salesforce experience in support, analyst, or consultant roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.
Able to communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
Anticipate business needs beyond stated requirements.
Proficient with Salesforce declarative tools, especially Flow.
Basic to intermediate Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD (Gearset), version control (GitHub), OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3 and Dialpad.
Proactive learner eager to grow in a collaborative team.
Salesforce PD2 and related certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for platform enhancements and fixes.
Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and resolve Salesforce issues.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Deliver solutions using declarative Salesforce tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Permissions).
Undertake light Apex and customization as needed.
Support and troubleshoot system integrations.
Manage workload and priorities using Jira.
Document fixes, technical findings, and best practices.
