Job summary

PNI Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and platform improvement.

You will work closely with the Salesforce Manager on development, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform optimization. You will design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, develop integrations via REST/SOAP, and ensure code quality through tests and reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Development experience in a structured business environment.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP, web services, middleware, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git, source control, DevOps, and CI/CD is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to deliver production‑ready solutions.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Knowledge of bulkification, query optimization, large data volumes, and Salesforce performance optimization.




• Experience with unit testing, regression testing, and automated release practices.
