Job summary

Lancesoft Philippines is seeking a hands-on Senior Support Specialist to join our remote team, delivering Salesforce-centric technical support for a global client engagement. You will troubleshoot production issues, analyze API/JSON messages, and collaborate with development and other technical teams to resolve incidents within SLAs.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in technical/application support.
Strong Salesforce/SFDC expertise and production support experience.
Proficient in SQL and API/JSON troubleshooting.
Excellent communication with remote/global teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Salesforce applications and related systems.
Troubleshoot production issues by replicating problems and isolating root causes.
Investigate Salesforce records using Salesforce Inspector or comparable tools.
Use SQL to analyze records and support troubleshooting activities.
Understand and troubleshoot JSON messages, API requests, and responses.
Use IDs from requests and responses to query or investigate related systems.
Determine whether issues are related to code, configuration, or data.
Work closely with development and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor and manage support tickets while ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
