Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in the Philippines seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead end-to-end CRM implementations. You will design business requirements, lead technical design, prototyping, configuration, testing and training, and collaborate with cross‑functional digital teams.

Qualifications

3+ years CRM experience with Salesforce core platforms.
At least 3 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with certifications in modules.
Development/troubleshooting in Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JS, SQL).

Responsibilities

Provide deep understanding of Salesforce solutions for the Customer domain.
Lead business requirements, design, prototyping, configuration, testing, and training.
Design and implement scalable technology solutions for brand clientes.
Lead projects and manage client stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with Digital teams for proposals and RFP responses.
