Job summary
PwC South East Asia Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Manager-level Salesforce technical lead with 5–10 years of Salesforce consulting experience. Open to onsite and hybrid work, the role will coordinate a dev team, translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure delivery across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 Salesforce certifications, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce
Qualifications
- Degree holder in IT/CS/Engineering or related
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant consulting experience with Salesforce
- 2–3 Salesforce certifications required
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements and translate to scalable Salesforce solutions
- Define granular solution design based on user requirements
- Lead and mentor development team, manage timelines
- Collaborate with Functional Lead to align design with Salesforce best practices
- Oversee development cadence and assign build tasks
- Develop Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce as needed
- Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews
- Engage with client Technical Lead on day-to-day basis
- Attend Agile/Scrum ceremonies and plan sprints
