Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect (Salesforce) to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will gather requirements, design scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and define blueprints, integration strategies, and data models. The role requires 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting or architecture experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead solution design and delivery across Salesforce initiatives.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable architectures across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Define solution blueprints, integration strategies, and data models.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Provide functional and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and development teams.
• Support stakeholder management and executive-level presentations.
• Participate in effort estimation, solution reviews, and release planning.
