Job summary

Inchcape Digital is seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure platform reliability, mentor teams, and lead complex enterprise initiatives. You will design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components while leading DevOps efforts.

The role demands strong experience in production support and incident management in high-availability environments, with certifications to back expertise.

Qualifications

Solid experience with Salesforce development, architecture, and production support.
Active mandatory Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, JavaScript Developer I).
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, integrations, and security models.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and production support across enterprise-scale initiatives.
Own and drive resolution of critical production incidents (P1/P2) and ensure SLA compliance.
Design, review, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations; govern best practices.
