Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst / Solution Specialist to partner with stakeholders and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, lead end-to-end delivery, perform declarative Salesforce administration, and guide cross-functional teams through improvements and deployment. This role emphasizes collaboration, UAT support, documentation, and ongoing production support to ensure business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BSA, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative development)
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations end-to-end
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specs, designs, and user stories
• Serve as Salesforce Sales Cloud SME and advise on capabilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects
• Perform declarative Salesforce administration and configuration
• Partner with tech teams to ensure scalable solutions
• Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility evaluations
• Support and lead UAT to ensure requirements are met
• Provide production support and issue resolution
• Maintain Salesforce docs, knowledge base, and release communications
• Drive process improvements and stakeholder training
• Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional initiatives
