Job summary

BNEXT INC. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Salesforce pre-sales professional to lead client discovery, translate requirements into a defined solution scope, and design architectures aligned with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud best practices.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations for business and technical audiences, support opportunity qualification, and collaborate with sales teams on deal positioning and solution alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client discovery sessions to capture business processes, requirements, and use cases
• Design Salesforce solution architectures aligned with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud best practices
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined solution scope, estimates, and implementation approach
• Deliver effective solution presentations and demos tailored to business and technical audiences
• Support opportunity qualification, including use case articulation and product mapping
• Collaborate with bneXt Business Development and Sales teams on deal positioning and solution alignment
• Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives and Partner Managers during co-selling activities
• Participate in pipeline reviews and contribute to deal strategy discussions
• Act as senior representative of the Salesforce practice in customer and Salesforce engagements
• Contribute to pre-sales assets (demo orgs, solution templates, discovery frameworks
• Maintain required Salesforce certifications
• Support ongoing Salesforce Partner Program compliance
