Job summary

Flexisource IT seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to own the platform end-to-end across AU and US orgs, delivering design, configuration, integration and admin capabilities. You will work with Data Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role combines hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and SOQL with strong admin fundamentals, including security models and deployment processes across sandbox and

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Certified with Platform Developer I; Admin cert highly regarded.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL and security model.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce end-to-end design, build, and admin for AU and US orgs.
• Develop declarative and programmatic automation using Flow and Apex.
• Manage lead scoring and routing in Flow; build objects, fields, layouts, and pages.
• Implement integrations with AWS AppFlow, Braze, Aircall, Zendesk, Tealium, and more.
