Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales, Finance, and IT. You will administer the environment, implement scalable solutions, and translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross‑functional stakeholders.

You will drive CRM process improvements, support integrations, and mentor junior admins while maintaining high data quality and security.

Qualifications

5-8 years of Salesforce administration experience with strong CRM optimization.
Remote work with distributed teams across time zones.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Experience with data management and security settings.

Responsibilities

Execute advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Own administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity.
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and workflows.
Develop and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
Drive integrations with other enterprise systems and ensure data flow.
Optimize data models, reporting and dashboards for actionable insights.
Lead user support and training initiatives for end‑users.
Mentor junior administrators and provide guidance on best practices.
Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing and deduplication.
Ensure governance, security, and compliance across the platform.
