Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will own developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex logic, and Omnistudio workflows across distributed environments.

Responsibilities include establishing modern CI/CD practices, enforcing clean architecture standards, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless API integration with external enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Position Description

The Senior Salesforce Developer leads the architecture, design, and execution of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across distributed, international environments. This role takes full ownership of developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), designing complex backend logic in Apex, and leveraging Salesforce Omnistudio for digital automation. Key responsibilities include establishing modern Salesforce CI/CD practices, driving clean architecture standards, mentoring development talent, and ensuring seamless API integration with external enterprise platforms.

Functions

• Architect, develop, and deliver high-performance solutions using Apex (triggers, batch classes, controllers, web services) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Design advanced visual interfaces and digital interaction flows using Salesforce Omnistudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).

• Establish, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using version control, SFDX CLI, and release tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset).

• Design and implement secure REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise software systems.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce best practices for design patterns, governor limits, and security protocols.

• Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and clients to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical architecture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience developing on the Salesforce core platform in enterprise environments.

• Deep technical expertise in Apex programming and hands‑on mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Proven implementation experience using Salesforce Omnistudio (formerly Vlocity) to streamline complex workflows.

• Solid experience implementing automated Salesforce CI/CD deployment pipelines, branching strategies, and version-controlled workflows.

• Strong knowledge of system integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and managing governor limits at scale.

• Fluent English language proficiency (verbal and written) with strong technical communication skills.

• Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Omnistudio Developer, or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect).

• Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) frameworks or complex multi-org enterprise environments.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, mock interfaces, and automated regression testing.
