Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve the Salesforce/Lumary ecosystem. This role focuses on deep configuration, data architecture, security, and regulated HIPAA-compliant workflows, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-assisted capabilities.

You will work as an independent contractor, remote with core availability during US Eastern Hours, and collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, and engineering to ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in complex orgs.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9 PM – 6 AM Manila time) for contracted coverage windows.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow, security architecture, data modeling, and change management.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages and OEM products.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder is preferred.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, middleware).
• Comfort using AI tools for debugging, documentation, and workflow design.
• Excellent documentation and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce with Lumary packages.
• Configure complex objects, records, forms, flows, and permissions within Lumary data model.
• Manage Lumary release cycles, sandbox testing, and deployments.
• Design and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and replace legacy logic with Flow-based automation.
• Ensure data integrity, robust error handling, and auditability of workflows.
• Support integrations with external systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Build reports and dashboards for operational leadership.
• Provide technical enablement and create clear system documentation.
