Thunder is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join internal operations, remotely serving Manila, Philippines. You will develop with Apex and LWC, build integrations, and manage deployments across environments while collaborating with stakeholders to automate business processes.

The role emphasizes security, SSO configuration, and a strong focus on scalable solutions, with opportunities to work independently in a fast-paced setting and grow Salesforce/Amazon expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs/integrations, and Flow.
• Certinia PSA experience, especially Projects/Resources/Timecards/Assignments or Financial Management.
• Experience deploying changes using Change Sets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, SSO, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience troubleshooting production Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, and platform architecture.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL.
• Configure and deploy Salesforce changes using Change Sets and established practices.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Configure and support SSO, authentication, user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Build automations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and other tools for internal ops.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandboxes, testing, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to standards.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve processes.
