• Advanced customer service and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Quote Presource packs based on sales rep requests.
• Communicate primarily with the sales rep (hospital) for quotes and requests.
• Focus on best cost, high-volume components.
• Ensure quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle diverse requests requiring training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to think critically about non-standard requests.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Review and ensure rebates are accounted.
