Job summary

Comcast is seeking a seasoned leader to run the GES Sales Support organization, overseeing ECAS and ESSS workstreams. You will guide Supervisors, ensure SLA achievement, and optimize operations across cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and efficiency.

The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership, strong coaching abilities, and a focus on performance metrics. A hybrid setup in Ortigas Center, Pasig is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of multiple Enterprise Sales Support workstreams with SLAs and customer experience goals.
• Provide oversight across Sales Support, ECAS, and ESSS teams.
• Coach Supervisors through performance management and development plans.
• Promote accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Maintain expert knowledge of processes, systems, and tools.
• Generate dashboards and executive reports to guide decisions.
