Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader (Sales) to oversee a group of call center associates in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. This 100% onsite role focuses on achieving performance metrics through coaching, motivation and accountability.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Sales Accounts (Upselling, Pure sales), be a college graduate, and possess strong communication and mentorship skills to drive the team to meet targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience with strong performance management skills in Sales Accounts (Upselling, Pure sales).
• College graduate. If SHS, with two to three years of relevant experience in the contract.
• Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable.
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Escalations: TLs shall handle second level escalations. This is when the SME is unable to resolve the query and the customer requests to speak to someone higher.
• Communication: TL shall ensure that teams are up to date with promotional comms and process update.
• Follow up and promptly respond on exec escalations and case handling feedback
• Coaching Sessions: TL shall regularly audit calls/emails for all their Consultants and provide feedback at a minimum one (1) coaching session per Consultants per week.
• Monitor the escalations raised by team members to understand the gap and provide
