Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience leading other leaders (team leaders/supervisors/managers).
• Proven track record in change management and improving underperforming teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple Enterprise Sales Support workstreams.
• Provide operational oversight across Sales Support, ECAS, and ESSS teams.
• Coach Supervisors through regular coaching, performance management and development.
• Monitor workload distribution, queue management, and performance metrics.
• Generate dashboards and executive reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and business outcomes.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
