Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation in Makati seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a sales group and its engineers. You will drive strategies to hit targets, review pricing, and oversee promotions and customer relations.

The role requires 5+ years in sales management, preferably in kitchen or laundry equipment, and a valid driver's license. Company car and laptop are provided along with health and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
• Experience in kitchen equipment and/or laundry machine sales preferred.
• Goal oriented with strong strategic planning and organizing skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the group and manage Sales Engineers reporting to them.
• Develop operating plans and objectives aligned with sales strategies.
• Organize and plan sales strategies to generate targeted sales volume and profitability.
• Review selling prices to maximize contribution and win bids.
• Oversee promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program.
• Maintain good public relations with customers and suppliers.
• Recruit and assign qualified personnel to cover existing and potential customers.
• Ensure training of sales personnel.
