Job summary

MNLeistung Inc. is seeking a SALES MANAGER / SENIOR SALES MANAGER to drive new business and manage key client relationships in the Philippines. The role focuses on B2B software solutions, from lead generation to closing, with commission-based earnings that can exceed base pay.

You’ll conduct meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor software solutions to client needs while leading and growing the sales pipeline across accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in software, IT solutions, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate B2B clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations
• Understand business needs and recommend the right software solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
