Job summary

CGT Alkor seeks a Sales Representative for the Swimming Pool segment in Spain. This home-office role requires 3–4 travel days per week and performance-based earnings beyond a €2,500/month net salary.

You will be the brand ambassador, expanding market share through distributors and pool builders while collaborating with the EU Sales leadership. The candidate should be based in Spain with 5+ years in pool-related sales and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in pool products or a distribution/pool builder context.
• Spanish resident, based in Spain (ideally near Madrid, other locations possible).
• Technical understanding with strong commercial/marketing instincts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomy and ability to travel frequently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: grow a market, not just manage it.

Responsibilities

• Grow brand recognition and market share for CGT Alkor's reinforced PVC membrane range in Spain.
• Be the face of CGT Alkor in Spain and work with the EU branch sales leadership.
• Travel 3–4 days per week across Spain to develop distributors and customers.
