Job summary

ERNI is a Swiss-founded software company with a Metro Manila service center in Mandaluyong, serving Europe, APAC, the Philippines and the USA. We are seeking a Senior SaaS Administrator to maintain data integrity, support Coupa-driven processes, and collaborate with the integration team on complex projects.

You will work in a hybrid setup within ERNI’s growth-minded ITD group, focusing on high-quality software deployments, training, and cross-functional teamwork across business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a SaaS Administrator with full lifecycle implementations on Coupa products
• Experience with Oracle ERP Integrations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity across SaaS applications and related systems
• Assist with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes
• Identify gaps between requirements and system features and propose best-practice solutions
• Support the integration team and Coupa Support as needed
• Develop and execute functional tests for security configurations and automated processes
• Mentor other ITD resources and prepare reference guides
• Ensure standardized implementation and adherence to best practices
• Coordinate with Coupa Support and Coupa Community for enhancements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
