Job summary

ERNI Philippines in Mandaluyong seeks a Senior SaaS Administrator to maintain data integrity across multiple SaaS platforms and support full lifecycle implementations. You will collaborate with finance and IT teams on integrations with Oracle ERP, Coupa, and related tools, ensuring secure configurations and efficient processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as SaaS Administrator or similar role with full lifecycle SaaS implementations.
Experience with Oracle ERP integrations and SaaS tooling such as JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance data integrity across SaaS applications.
Assist with enhancements and automation of processes.
Identify functionality gaps and propose best-practice solutions.
Coordinate with integration teams on SaaS-ERP connections.
Lead testing and validation of configurations and security settings.
