Job summary

ERNI, a Swiss software development company with a Manila service center in Mandaluyong, seeks a SaaS Administrator. You will manage full lifecycle implementations of Coupa modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice, and Supplier Information Management) and integrate them with Oracle ERP.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a BS in CS/IS, and familiarity with JIRA. You will join a globally connected, growth‑oriented team offering free training, certifications, and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of SaaS Administrator experience with full lifecycle implementations on Coupa products (Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice, and Supplier Information Management).
• Experience with Oracle ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as JIRA.

Technical Knowledge And Skills

• Configuration/personalization experience and technical architecture knowledge on these Coupa products: (i) Procurement (ii) Sourcing (iii) Invoice and; (iv) Supplier Information Management
• Knowledge in integration approaches and tools among these Coupa products: (i) Procurement (ii) Sourcing (iii) Invoice and; (iv) Supplier Information Management
• Familiarity with Coupa Success Portal and Coupa Community processes
• Familiarity with integrating the Coupa applications with Oracle ERP

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Relevant Experience and Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a SaaS Administrator with full-lifecycle implementations on any of these Coupa products: (i) Procurement (ii) Sourcing (iii) Invoice and; (iv) Supplier Information Management
• Knowledge and experience on Oracle ERP Integrations
• Knowledge on tools for issue tracking such as JIRA
