Job summary
APW Tech in Metro Manila seeks an experienced SaaS Administrator to manage Coupa modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice, Supplier Information Management) and Oracle ERP integrations. You will support Coupa Success Portal and Coupa Community, coordinate with the integration team, and ensure data integrity across SaaS apps.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a SaaS Administrator with full-lifecycle implementations on Coupa products (Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice, Supplier Information Management)
- Knowledge and experience on Oracle ERP Integrations
- Knowledge of issue-tracking tools like JIRA
- Experience with Coupa Success Portal and Coupa Community
- Familiarity with Hybrid Integration Platform for SaaS-Oracle EBS integrations
- Knowledge of SFTP integration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of the enterprise
- Understanding of business administration, policies, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data integrity across SaaS applications
- Assist with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes
- Identify gaps between requirements and system features
- Support integration points for the integration team
- Transition legacy processes using new tools for efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and devise long-term solutions
- Develop and test security configurations and automated processes
- Provide escalation support for internal technology teams
- Mentor ITD resources and prepare reference guides
- Ensure consistency in best practices and standardization
- Collaborate with Coupa Support via Success Portal to resolve product issues
- Raise enhancement requests via Coupa Community
- Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, analysis, and use cases
- Decompose requirements into detailed functional specs
- Lead requirements analysis and verify completeness and traceability
- Prioritize requirements and participate in peer reviews
- Prepare test environments and data, assign user roles
- Document test requirements and monitor quality gates
- Develop, execute and track test scripts
- Record issues and drive testing through scenarios
