Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts and terms with vendors or suppliers.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence objectives, and maintain effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing events, contract terms, drafting, execution and SLAs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and internal policies.
• Collaborates across departments to improve profitability and competitive position using market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drives improvements in user experience, efficiency, and process automation within the role.
• Supports automation and AI initiatives; acts as product owner for S2C tools and features; gathers requirements and tests enhancements.
• Builds strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and mentors teammates.
