Job summary

Accenture is seeking a proactive Procurement Practice Associate Manager to lead sourcing projects across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. You will develop category strategies, manage supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution, while driving AI-enabled improvements and knowledge sharing with clients.

This role requires strong contracting experience, the ability to mentor teams, and the capacity to travel up to 50% to multiple client locations from Cebu, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Contracts/Contracting experience (Procurement, Category Management or Global Sourcing preferred).
• Legal contracting experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and financial analyses.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial/commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding approved tools into sourcing workflows.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing with clients.
