Job summary

Johnson & Jn in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst to drive Source-to-Contract procurement, partnering with business teams to lead sourcing events, draft and negotiate contracts, and deliver cost savings while complying with policies.

You will mentor a team of S2C specialists, support automation and AI initiatives, and collaborate across regions. Some travel is expected, with nearly full-time schedule aligning to regional needs.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Senior Analyst Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Jn business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.

This role performs duties related to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic sourcing plan, from assisting with contract negotiation, contract authoring and contract management activities through executing cost reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Builtr relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, works to understand their business objectives, and provides support in addressing their needs.
• Mentors and collaborates amongst a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.

Experience and Skills

Required

• 3-5 years of Source to Contract, Procurement, Legal, or other relevant business experience
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.

Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Work Location & Schedule

This position will be part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the Americas region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across Americas, the role requires partial coverage of Americas time zone working hours.
