Job summary

Johnson & Jn in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst to drive Source-to-Contract procurement, partnering with business teams to lead sourcing events, draft and negotiate contracts, and deliver cost savings while complying with policies.

You will mentor a team of S2C specialists, support automation and AI initiatives, and collaborate across regions. Some travel is expected, with nearly full-time schedule aligning to regional needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Source to Contract, Procurement, Legal, or other relevant business experience.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: communicate & influence objectives and build collaborative relationships.
• Adaptability & Openness to Change.
• Learning agility and ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
• Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required; bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function including sourcing event management and contract drafting/execution.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
• Collaborates with departments to develop and execute strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Supports development and implementation of automation and AI initiatives; acts as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gathers requirements and tests enhancements.
• Builds relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and provides support to address needs.
• Mentors and collaborates with a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.
